The work of Friedensreich Regentag Dunkelbunt Hundertwasser (1928 - 2000) is known for its bright colors, round building shapes, uneven windows, colorful ceramic columns and green roof surfaces. The artist's characteristic language of color and form reflects his message of living in harmony with nature. Together with his striving for an individual artistic design of all areas of life, this forms the core of his art.

The exhibition focuses on Hundertwasser's early ecological commitment.

The exhibition is being held in cooperation with the Ernst Barlach Museumsgesellschaft Hamburg.
